The PFS 10X Card Series Card Pack/Affixing System is designed for high speed accurate manufacturing of gift card and loyalty card packs.
Our high speed transports can be configured for basic card on carrier formats or more complex multi card packs requiring accurate placement, intricate database management, specialty plow folding, gluing and batching.
Components for magnetic stripe reading/encoding, inkjet imaging and inline shrink wrapping can be added.
Overall control of the line is configured through our PFS DataTrac controller. This system allows for complete integration and control of line components thru a single interface screen. Controls for transport, feeders, glue and inspection all configured in a single location.
Inspection of your products is performed via DataTrac Vision system. This unique vision system allows for high speed inspection of carrier and card products via cameras, barcode readers or inline magnetic stripe readers. All through a simple interface controller. 2D, linear barcode, GSS, OCR and more can all be decoded.
Integrity of your pieces, packs, boxes and pallets is assured thru use of DataTrac and Optional PackTrac systems.
