The PFS 10X Cardline Series Batch Dropper is designed for high speed batch counting and dropping of batched sets. Systems can be configured for use on the back of most PFS transports or can be modified to fit many other transport styles. Widths for 20” and 30” machines available.

Batches are counted and dropped at high speed thru our unique dual dropper mechanism allowing for sets to be dropped onto shingle conveyors or right in line with your shrink-wrapping system.

Control batch size and counts thru our unique PFS Datatrac controller or a separate control device. System can provide fixed batches or unique variable batch sizes depending on choice of control system.
