Control and communication between transport, glue systems tipping feeder, divert gates and more are done via our DT Machine Controller. Applications for matching read and print, verification and more are made easy with use of the DT Controllers simple operator interface. Make adjustments to glue placement, card placement, inkjet imaging and other devices through our simple touch screen interface. Reporting for good or bad product, sequence checking, duplicates and other reporting can all be done thru the DT Controller. Custom reporting available on request. With our DT Controller your operators will be able to setup and run their operations more efficiently and effectively and you will have the peace of mind of knowing your products are being produced properly and with the utmost integrity every time.
