High speed LED UV inkjet imaging is a must in today’s packaging, mailing or card applications. Our high-speed LED UV system can provide image quality up to 900DPI and can run as fast 600FPM, DPI dependent.

LED will provide you high quality dark image on a variety of substrates and can be mounted to any of our 10X vacuum transports.

Applications for read and write are easily achievable with our vision systems. Reading of a code and writing of an address block barcode or other information can be processed at high quality and speeds.

LED UV Printing is the best option for all your stocks including paper, plastics and other materials. Our Hawk M6 LED UV 4.25” High Speed Inkjet system utilizes that fastest Kyocera printing modules available at 30KHZ. When coupled with the Kyocera UV LED drying device for curing of image the Hawk M6 will provide you the highest speed and quality when producing direct mail, card and web products. With low consumable costs and a variety of PMS colors available your system can produce black or colors at high speed and low cost.

Additionally, the M6 will provide excellent results when used on any PFS style transport systems for straight imaging or more complex folding, affixing and read and write applications.
